| I am writing this review to say that Cindee and Michael recently helped my family and I sell our home and the process could not have gone better. The process with them could not have been easier, from the moment we met them to the moment we closed on the sale of our home. They truly showed their expertise in marketing, staging and negotiation along the way. Before contacting them we thought the process of selling our home would be stressful and difficult, but once we met with them and saw exactly how they were going to get the job done we knew we would be in good hands with Cindee and Michael if we hired them. If anyone is looking to sell their home they should call Cindee & Michael to see how they do things, it really is unlike anything we had seen before since we sold a few houses in recent years. | Michael and Cindee recently helped us purchase our first home. They were extremely patient working with two new homebuyers who are new on this buying process. We truly appreciated that they took the time to get to know us as people and never made any assumptions regarding the type of home that would be best for us. They encouraged us to look at all options and showed us all single-family homes, townhouses, and condos that were within our price range and in our preferred geographic areas. Out of more than a dozen of offers, we had been the first choice and this was because of all of Cindee's and Michael's effort personalizing and doing everything to make our offer the best of all. They are professional, knowlegeable, and easy to get a long with in this process. Overall, we are very much satisfied on both Cindee and Michael's help to get us our first dream home. We will definitely recommend them to all our family and friends. We consider them us our friends now more than our real estate agents. |

| This is actually my second review for this excellent team of agents. The first was finding me a place in 2012 and now it is for the sale of my investment home purchased in 2008. By far my go-to-team regarding Realtors due to their A+ results in an insane market as in 2012 and now in 2015. I was in talks with them for weeks regarding listing my place while I was preparing it for sale. They decided to place a "coming soon" sign in the time I was renovating it. This helped greatly in generating a lot of interest for the eventual sale. Once it was ready it came to the market mid-week and immediately showings were coming in back to back. The open house was that weekend for two days and by the next Tuesday 3 offers were on the table. In only one week the offers were already at over asking! Thanks to their excellent negotiating skills with the buyers, they were able to get a last minute buyer to make an offer for 40K above asking price! Not only was this result the best it could be, it was the highest price per square foot for a home in the area in years! So to recap they sold my place in 1 week, with plenty of offers on the table creating a bidding war and therefore sold it for me for way above ask. And the overall process was easy as cake regarding keeping in touch, recommending a termite company, inspector, fumigation, paperwork, and even a carpet guy. Look no further in finding a quality team of agents such as Cindee and Michael. If you need someone to get your offer accepted in a crazy seller's market, or to get you top dollar for your property, this is the team. They continued to impress me as they did in 2012 with finalizing this transaction and I will definitely be using them to sell my current place next year as well. Thanks again guys, you're the best! |

| As you may or may not know, I sold my home at 5532 E Vista Del Rio. I previously had it listed with another broker who failed to sell the home in 114 days. Cindee & Michael were able to sell the home in 52 days. I was excited to hear that the home sold for the highest price in this floor plan since 2007. When it came time to list the home for sale once again, I interviewed several agents. Cindee & Michael were able to achieve multiple offers for me as well. I chose to work with Cindee & Michael because their marketing plan was more thorough than anyone else we interviewed and they proved that they had the most market knowledge. The thing that impressed me the most about Cindee & Michael was their consistent communication, their negotiation skills, and their understanding of the appraisal process. When it came down to it I knew they were always looking out for our best interests! If I had to do it over, I’d definitely hire Cindee & Michael again! |

| I personally believe it is rare these days to see Realtors going door-to-door talking with homeowners. I would typically send people away but Cindee and Michael were so friendly and enthusiastic that I welcomed them into my home within minutes of meeting them. Being late in my mortgage payments and frustrated with the loan modification process, I was just getting to the point of considering a short sale. Cindee and Michael made it clear that they enjoy helping others and giving back to the community that they would help me in whichever way they could. I opted to go for a short sale with Cindee and Michael’s assistance. Just as I was signing papers I was offered forbearance on my loan that went into a trial payment plan for a loan modification. Cindee and Michael kept in touch with me over the course of the year, listening to my woes and providing encouragement. I really enjoyed our friendship and in the end I decided to have them list my home so I could relocate. When all was said and done, Cindee and Michael sold my home for the full asking price within the first week on the market. This was an equity sale, not a short sale. I could not ask for a better outcome. I have truly been blessed throughout this entire experience. This was by far the least stressful of all real estate transactions I have experienced. Cindee and Michael are very knowledgeable in their industry, always professional and they make a well-rounded team. With confidence I highly recommend Cindee and Michael for any type of real estate transactions. |

| I love my home. I feared feeling regret after buying a home, but I have not had a single second thought about my purchase. After meeting with a few realtors, I decided to work with Cindee and Michael because I felt they were understanding of my wants, needs, and restraints. The first day I met with them, we went to view a home in the same community where I ended up purchasing. They had found an ideal home for me, but as a brand-new buyer, I did not have the insight or confidence to make an offer. After that initial showing, they remained faithfully by my side on a five month journey. I greatly appreciated that for each home we viewed, I was provided with detailed information (including pictures which came in quite handy after a day of multiple showings). We would spend time in the home while I asked questions and tried to imagine myself living there. Cindee and Michael were patient and honest. They advocated for me. I entered three escrows, ending two before making my final purchase. Never did I get a sense of resentment or impatience from Cindee or Michael. I knew that they were truly concerned with my ultimate happiness and well-being. Sometime in the future I hope to purchase another home (years down the road, no doubt) and I will definitely seek the help of Cindee and Michael. |

| My wife and I really lucked into working with this great team! Cindee and Michael really knew how to take care of us and ensured we remained focused and grounded in the reality of the buying experience. We had just recently fired our previous agent and began doing our home search without representation. I made a random call to a random property that we were interested in and Cindee and Michael were referred to us. Thank God, because we needed a property fairly quickly (we had just sold our other condo and were between living arrangements). This would have seemed to be an impossible task because my wife and I were not cash buyers, didn't have a large down-payment (only 3%) and we needed to buy during the market of early 2013 (multiple cash offers on every property that came on market was commonplace). Many of the properties we were interested in were almost always bid outside of market value preventing them from being viable options for us due to lacking down payments to make up the difference in value swings. But they never gave up on us and kept us motivated the entire time! Not only that, Michael was available to me whenever I needed, at any hour of the day. It wasn't uncommon for me to see a property listing posted at 11 p.m. and I would send him a text message and he would get right on top of it, without delay. They always responded immediately to my inquiries no matter what time of day. If they were busy, they would still let me know! Superb customer service! Within a month and a half of them agreeing to represent us, we had an offer accepted on our new property! This required them to get VERY creative in representing us to the seller. They fought hard for us to get our offer accepted when we were up against multiple cash offers. These cash offers were well above our offer, but they convinced the sellers that we were the right choice! We will be utilizing their services in the future. We recommend anyone we speak to, interested in real estate, to contact them because we know and trust that Cindee and Michael will take great care of them. |

| Selling a home is a big deal. Selling a home of an 88 yr. old mom is even tougher. You made it easy for the whole family. Having been in busy for over 40 yrs myself, I place a high value when a business associate is responsive. They helped me aggressively look for a condo in the Orange County area and after a good search we finally found a place in a great location that had the desirable layout I was looking for. Being at the end of 2012 and towards an upswing in real estate buying it was not an easy task to find a place, and even more difficult to have my offer accepted.
