Hi!   I have lived in Lethbridge for over eleven  years and have been in the real estate business for over 6 years.  I started selling real estate with the sale of my first home as a for sale by owner.  I found that I really liked helping people with the real estate process and that with the exception of stay at home parents or other land locked individuals, selling ones own house can be really challenging.  For the rest of us, who work full time and cannot take on the burden of meeting potential buyers and qualifying them and taking them through the paperwork and finding a lawyer and making sure the pricing is right etc., a realtor is definitely the way to go.  I am here to fill that need.  I know the market, I have a list of buyers who are looking for the right home and I know the people, the procedures and the paperwork. I can take a buyer or a seller through the process in the best way possible.  Real Estate is my my career choice.  I do not have any other form of income.  I do not own several other business's and buy and sell real estate as a hobby.  When you phone me to help you with a real estate decision or transaction you can be gauranteed that I am there for you.
