Chris has been in real estate for 5 years as a commercial agent and joined Keller Williams Realty in September 2008 to be of service to his residential clients as well. Being able to service both market areas.
Chris was a very successful radio personality here in Greenville, SC area for more than 26 years. He continues to entertain Greenville on the weekends as a Mobile DJ/MC, doing Wedding Receptions,Christmas Parties & Birthday Parties.

Helping tenats find the right space, the right price and the right length of term and helping negotiate their lease. Listening to the tenants needs, researching the right space and locations and showing them the space. Not only helping them throught the leasing process, but going above and beyond by helping them with floor plans for their space, providing vendors for the construction of the office or retail needs.
On the other side, helping the landlord with leasing property, marketing the property, showing the property, qualifing the leads on the property and helping the Owner/Landlord, price the space and get qualifing the tenants for the long term.
