EDR provides Realtors, buyers, sellers and home inspectors with environmental reports that are used to either make environmental disclosure to buyers or for buyers to conduct environmental due diligence on a home or neighborhood prior to purchase. Reports consist of a search of multiple governmental databases looking to identify a homes possible proximity to contaminated properties, landfills, spills, etc.
