I have lived in four states: Tennessee, Maryland, Virginia and North Carolina. In 1993, I moved to Baltimore, MD where I purchased my first investment property in downtown Baltimore, and soon found that real estate was my passion. After living in Richmond VA for 5 years, my husband was transferred to Youngsville, NC. I became involved in investment properties again and, while becoming an empty nester and after more than 30 years of accounting, I decided to take the leap and change career paths, following my passion for real estate.I have now been on all sides of a real estate transaction; buyer, seller and agent. I have been through the relocation process, moving to an unknown area and understand your fears and excitement at the same time. I have been involved in over a dozen personal real estate transactions and I know what it takes to make my clients happy, dedicated service. | I just want to say thank you for selling my home within a week, yeah :) What I thought was impossible, you made possible. I have met with many other realtors before you and I turned all of them down; however, you won me over within minutes. They did not stand a chance with you. You should be a mentor or create a realtor school so they can learn from the best on how to communicate with clients and have good interpersonal skills. | Renee is an excellent agent. She was our buyer's agent for this home purchase. I would highly recommend her to anyone. She was always on top of things and worked diligently to help us secure a price on our new house. She arrived at the house before us and went through the entire place to see if she thought it might fit us. Then when we got there she pointed out all the little things that others might not notice or even comment on. She is one of the only agents I can think of that actually goes under your house to inspect it with you. She went through about 15 different houses with us to find the perfect one. In one them she was able to pick out a place where the ceiling had a hole from the attic that was patched up. She goes through all the paperwork to ensure everything is correct and helped to keep our purchase on track. She gives you tips when she can. She was even able to recommend some local service providers for our new house location. VERY EXCEPTIONAL!!! |

| Renee was a great partner when we recently sold our home. She came prepared with a good market analysis that told us exactly what other homes had sold for, and how much we could get for ours. She helped us with staging ideas, and wrote a nice market plan. Our home was on the market for less than 12 hours before we got a great offer for more than asking. Renee was there every step of the way. |

Our house was under contract in 5 days due to her incredible insight and direction in prepping the home for sale. | Renee was fabulous to work with! A friend tried to convince us to do a FSBO, (for sale by owner) but I'm SO glad we didn't listen! I first contacted one of her Keller Williams associates that I knew from church, but he was moving out of state and introduced us to Renee. Renee was amazing. She listened, asked questions, and worked FOR us to get the best price based on area comps along with a quick sale. She was patient in answering our many questions, while also educating us about the process. She was extremely creative in her marketing approach (I loved the cute little "info" cards all over the house pointing out details that she learned while listening to my reasons for loving the house!) and did a fabulous job at the open houses with personal touches like cookies, water bottles, fresh flowers and info packets for all visitors. The photographer she got for our home was amazing, and made it look fantastic. That really helped present the home at its best. She gave very good and valid constructive suggestions, and authentic praise to our hard work in getting the house ready to sell. She was extremely professional, yet very down-to-earth and easy to work with; like I'd known her for ages. I can't say enough about her! | Our first meeting with Renee was at our home. We were searching for someone with experience but also, and probably more important, someone who would understand our special needs. Without going into detail, we needed an agent who was personable, caring, and willing and able to accommodate health issues that made it difficult for us to show our home while we continued to live in it. Renee displayed to us all of these characteristics in our first meeting. She had an excellent suggestion on a price prepared for us based on very thoughtful analysis (she has a financial background) on what we should ask for our home. It turned out that the part of the process we feared the most, having to be prepared for a showing at any time and having to be away from the house when it occurred, went much better than we expected. Renee had all appointment requests come through her first. Whether by chance or by her design, we didn’t have a single showing that didn’t give us at least an overnight notice. This was a huge blessing. Renee guided us through the entire negotiation process. When we ran into a unique situation during the buyer’s building inspection she immediately helped us seek out advice from other professionals and also did her own research to help solve the problem at hand. She was very knowledgeable each step of the way and was patient and kind with us when we asked questions. We feel like we have made a new friend and we highly recommend her. |
