Hi Valerie and Jennifer here from Chicago. We are excited about being a part of this forum and all the Professional Active Rain Members. We look forward to making new friends and becoming active members of the community. I started my real estate career in 1980, which was very similiar to today's market except the rates were at 21%. We survived that! This too will pass. In 2003 my daughter Jennifer joined my Team. I am a Real Estate Broker, Trainer and Real Estate Investor. I teach classes on Staging, Short Sales & Foreclosure Process to real estate agents and investors, The Millionaire Real Estte Investor, and Creative Financing . Designations we hold, ABR, Broker, GRI.
We love working with 1st time buyers, move up buyers and investors. We also specialize in Short sales and Foreclosures. We beleive in educating our clients so they are well informed on the market and can make intelligent decisions based on the market. We offer staging consultations to our Sellers so they can sell their home for top dollar.
Areas that we cover are mostly Chicago's north and northwest suburbs including Palatine, Arlington Heights, Lake Zurich, Buffalo Grove, Schaumburg, Elk Grove, Mount Prospect, Long Grove, Des Plaines and Kildeer, Vernon Hills, Mundelein, and Gurnee.
Our Foreclosure division also services Northern Cook County, Lake, McHenry, DuPage and Kane Counties.
