Hello, my name is Cheryl Waitt, owner/broker of  Homes of New Hampshire Realty. I am originally from Massachusetts but have called New Hampshire my home for over 30 years. Since a teenager, I was amazed with real estate and knew that was what I wanted to do for a living!

I live in Londonderry and have a horse farm in Derry.   I enjoy horseback riding, hiking, touring on our motorcycle and in our Corvette,  nature as well as working with several non profits for homeless, food pantries, and animals.

I have been a REALTOR since 1986, offering nearly 30 years of expertise to area buyers and sellers.  To me, real estate is not a job, its a way of life and a passion which I now share with my 26 year old son, AJ who manages our office.
