About Me:I have lived in the St. Louis area my whole life, in places ranging from Florissant to Arnold. I am a 1987 graduate of Fox High School, a 1989 graduate of Jefferson College and a 1992 graduate of the University of Missouri - St. Louis. I completed a Bachelors degree with a double major of Marketing and Management. While growing up my parents constantly went to open houses and started buying rental property in the early 1980s. I earned my first computer by working a whole summer helping my dad fix up a property in Festus. He then went on to purchase many south city flats. I worked for various technology companies after college such as IBM and Hewlett Packard. After being laid of from Motorola in 2000 after the big technology stock crash I decided to become self employed.I had always thought I would enjoy working in real estate and decided to get my Sales Person License and Brokers License. I now work as a full time real estate agent for Re/max Results. I currently live in Arnold with my wife Stacy our little boy Sam (born July 2007). My wife and I are both Sammy Hagar fans, NASCAR fans, and we love to travel. My dream trip was competed in 2004, a trip to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico for Sammy Hagars Birthday party at his Cabo Wabo Cantina. I Make Sure That My Clients are Treated in a Profesional Manner and Receive the Feedback that they Deserve and All Stages of the Real Estate Process. In the last 4 years I have been focusing my business on selling homes that have expired with other real estate agents. I have found that they usualy did not sell do to a lack of marketing. I make sure that all of my listings have tons of exposure on the internet, in print ads, in direct mail, and on TV.
