We both have our GRI and CRS designations, have been active in the local Board of Realtors, and have won many production awards over the years. Malaney had a stroke 4 years ago and has recovered really well.  Due to health issues and the downturn in the market, our business took a downward spiral and we are trying to re-jump-start our business by investing in marketing, building our listing inventory, and getting personal coaching.  We have been with Coldwell Banker in Winter Park for nearly 20 years, and love that company!

Our manager & assistant manager are very pro-active in providing us with ongoing training and excellent tools. Buyers and Sellers alike seem to enjoy working with us, and tell us they appreciate the attention to detail with which we work. We are asked often why we haven't retired, and the answer is.....well, we just never thought about it.  We do this full time, and it is our living.  And, we happen to like it very much.  We are not ones to just sit for long periods!

Our greatest joy is our family. Next comes friends.  We are active in church and love the outdoors. Before the health issues, we were active tennis players and bikers, using the beautiful bike trails around the Orlando area. We are gradually working our way back into these activities.  Malaney's goal is to be able to walk without a cane, and that's coming!  We also enjoy boating on the WP Chain of Lakes on our pontoon boat.
