With over 23,000 licensed agents in Minnesota, it is very important to know the background and experience of the agents you are interviewing.   Chad is a lifelong resident of the Twin Cities.  He has a business degree in Accounting, and his resume of experience is in finance, customer service and sales.  His personal passion is in finance and investment.  This background is critical in helping sellers determine proper pricing and what they can expect to net from selling their home.   Chad manages a number of investment properties, both for himself and clients. He has served on the Communications Committee for the City of Savage and on various committees for the Southern Twin Cities Association of REALTORS®.      Sara grew up in a rural community in southern Minnesota and learned the value of hard work firsthand. She has an undergraduate degree in Business Management from St. Cloud State University, and a Master's Certificate in Business Communication from the University of St. Thomas.  In the past, she has worked for the Southern Twin Cities Association of REALTORS®, the Regional MLS of Minnesota, and in residential real estate.  She taught MLS classes to REALTORS® for almost half a decade, as well as coached agents in MLS education and policy.
