He persevered in college, earning his degree in fashion marketing and textiles from the New York City College of Technology, where he also discovered his affinity for all types of gadgetry, from computers to electronic toys. Which in turn translates to high technology use to make buy or sell a home more efficient. 

Community Professional When most people meet Cesar, they see his quiet determination and his serious demeanor, but that only scratches the surface. His friends and family will tell you that when he believes in something, he is going to stick with it until he achieves great results-particularly when it comes to serving his community. Every year he participates in the local walk to raise funds for breast cancer and he belongs to an organization that's geared to assist, educate and support Hispanic business professionals. His hard work has done wonders as he strives to make a difference and you might say he is dedication "personified."
