We are passionate about Vermont and the "Vermont Experience"
As a family, we started vacationing in Vermont in the 1990's - but even as kids ourselves we either grew up visiting Northern Vermont (Erich) or visited on special foliage season roadtrips with our families. We started bringing our own children to Vermont when they were 3 and 6 years old. They learned to ski, and later snowboard, on Mt. Mansfield and they have taken the Ben & Jerry's ice-cream tour so many times they could give it themselves.
We love Vermont - from the craftspeople to the farmers to the friends and neighbors we've met here. We especially love living just down the road from a family-owned dairy farm complete with wind-mill - and measuring time by things like changing foliage, the arrival of sugaring season and oh we love the snow.
Sharing Vermont and that Vermont experience with folks who visit the area is important to us at Stowe Meadows. We're passionate about helping our guests really get to know the Stowe area, taste wonderful local food, discover art and craftspeople, explore our forests and hiking trails and even meet some of the wildlife.
At Stowe Meadows, couples can relax, be a bit indulgent in their vacation, enjoy amazing scenic vistas, unwind and discover so much of what Vermont is all about. Hike or cross-country ski the amazing Catamount Trail, just steps from our property. Wake up each morning to views of Mt. Mansfield, right from your private suite.
