Hello. My name is Colleen Comeau, and I am a Senior Loan Officer with Primary Residential Mortgage. Our office has onsite processing and underwriting, and we have the BEST team in the state.
I have been in the mortgage business for over 20 years. My experience has ranged from processing, underwriting and closing loans, to being a top producing Loan Officer for 4 years at one of my previous companies. This is a tough market, and I will always strive to provide my clients with the service that they deserve. I am available day and night, 7 days a week. The job doesn't stop at 5:00 here. My attention to detail, market knowledge, and personality allow me to be one of the best Loan Officers out there.
