For as long as I can remember, I've loved looking at and visiting homes.  In the beginning, it was simply the fascination of the huge number of layouts and plans available, but as I've matured, my fascination has focused to the potential of a home from both an investment as well as a practical abode for my clients.  Although my degree and training is in accounting, even at the height of tax season, I can always remember finding time to visit open houses on weekends.  So it is only natural that my skill as an accountant, my property aesthetic and my love of homes should combine in my career as a real estate professional.

For the past 25 years, I have worked and consulted with homeowners associations where I have honed my experience as a first-class customer service representative.  I have managed both small- and large-scale construction and improvement projects and have learned how to improve property on almost any budget.   During a brief period when I pursued my masters degree, I also worked with a law office and was given a rare opportunity to see, first hand, how a large number of homes are designed, approved by the City, constructed, and sold.  As an agent, I'll bring my unique understanding of construction, home sales, home staging, property values and budgeting to bear for the benefit of my clients.
