What's my secret to success in this tough real estate market?

I keep my clients informed. Selling your home or finding a new one will be a team effort. I call my sellers weekly to discuss my marketing efforts, changes in the competition, or showing feedback - then together we can brainstorm on ideas to improve your home's appeal in a tough market. I also make regular contact with my buyers to alert them of new listings, share market trends, and keep them current on any changes in their target area.

I advertise my listings until they sell. The Internet has become the preferred medium for buyers, but I still like to expose my listings in the Real Estate Book and in our local paper. I also send flyers and email reminders to my extensive network of local agents and periodically offer incentives to show my properties to their buyers. In addition, Palmer House features area newspaper advertising as well as advertising in the Atlanta Journal. My listings have a wide-ranging internet presence on several personal sites, as well as PalmerHouseProperties.com, Realtor.com, LivingChoices.com, Georgia MLS and First MLS, among many others.

I use my training as a negotiator to convert offers into closings. As a previous corporate marketing manager, and with over 8 years experience as a successful Realtor, I know it takes a positive attitude to bring tough negotiations to a happy ending for all. My reputation for quality, ethical dealings and good follow up have earned me the distinction as an agent with whom other agents want to work, and to whom my friends and clients feel comfortable sending their personal referrals.
