I'm a graduate of the University of Central Florida who has lived and worked in Central Florida for over 30 years. Prior to starting my life in residential real estate I was a corporate paralegal, specializing in real estate, specifically land acquisition and development, and commercial law. I am still a nit-picking research geek who has to get it right.  As a research geek and a bit of a perfectionist, I am constantly furthering my education as a Realtor and know that there is always more to learn.  I have an SFR certification (Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource) and can help homeowners in challenging situations.
