Carter is a full-time Realtor serving Salt Lake, Davis, Summit, and Wasatch counties. He grew up in Salt Lake City and has lived there his whole life. Carter has been licensed for 1 years as an agent, and uses this experience daily to help home buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals.
He received his BS in Economics from the University of Utah in 2006. He is also a Certified Negotiation Expert and continually enrolls in courses to better assist his clients.
Carter serves on the Grievance Committee of the Salt Lake Board of Realtors. He helps evaluate ethical complaints and commission disputes between Realtors and recommends what action be taken. He also serves on the Education Committee of the Salt Lake Board of Realtors where he, along with other members of the local real estate community, evaluates existing and future continuing education courses and their benefit to Utah Realtors.
Carter specializes in both single family residences and multi-family properties. He especially enjoys working with first-time homebuyers because it allows him to share his expertise with clients who need additional guidance in starting their real estate ownership adventure. He also is very familiar with the building process and spend three years as a new home consultant for a local builder. Carter realizes that a buyer who is building a new home needs independent representation by an agent who is going to look after the best interests of the client and not the builder.
