Hello, my name is Carol Rondinelli and I am a full time Realtor and Office Manager of CKR Properties, LLC in Lenexa. My husband, Carl and I have been in the real estate arena since 1987. Carl is the Broker of our office. I specialize in selling residential, new and resale. I enjoy working with first time buyers or with the seasoned buyer. I have new and innovative ideas in marketing your home to set it above the rest and enhance the selling time.
