Get to Know Carol Houston
My name is Carol Houston and I am a realtor with Prudential C Dan Joyner in upstate SC. My company is the largest realtor in this area, On a personal level, I am married with four children, a daughter and son-in-law in Atlanta, Ga, and 3 sons. I am an animal lover and currently am owned by 2 dogs and 2 cats. Most of my animals are "rescues" which is just another word for wonderful misplaced pets. My husband is a general contractor so our entire lives revolve around houses and neighborhoods. In my (very little) spare time, I enjoy reading, socializing with friends, and going to movies. I also love to redecorate but am stifled somewhat by this by a husband who enjoys things "the old way".
So, as you can see, I am a busy lady . However, I am always available to my clients which is important to me.I strive to always do the best job for my client, whether he/she is a buyer or a seller. I represent buyers as a buyer's agent and work in all price ranges. My current listings include homes between 50K and 750,000 and represent homes in 3 different counties - Pickens, Anderson, and Greenville. So I am capable of satisfying clients at every point of the price and location spectrum. I have 30 years of experience in the housing market. As the wife of a contractor, I have been involved in all phases of construction. I am familiar with home construction from the foundation to finish. The accounting end of construction has also been a specialty area of mine. Selling homes is my main focus of attention. Years of dealing with buyers has honed my ability to understand their special needs. As a graduate of Clemson University (Go Tigers!!), I use the skills I learned as a psychology major to deal with all aspects of real estate transactions. My goal as your realtor is to make sure we find your perfect home if you are a buyer or the perfect buyer if you are a seller. I will work tirelessly to make sure your property closes.
