Tim and Carol joined the Ozark Gateway Association of Realtors (OGAR) in 2006. They both hold Missouri and Kansas real estate licenses. Tim and Carol both belong to the National Association of Realtors (NAR). Carol was named the 2007 OGAR Rookie of the Year.
They understand "value" in the real estate market in Southwest Missouri and Southeast Kansas areas. With their lifelong residence in the Joplin Metro area, it gives their clients the best customer service with honesty and integrity. They care about real estate trends and the needs that impact the Ozark area.
Tim has 20 years experience with sales and his knowledge of the Joplin area exceeds his reputation. Tim serves as the Treasurer for the Troop 9 Boy Scouts in Carthage, Mo. and has volunteered to coach soccer, baseball and is one of the biggest Kansas City Chiefs fans in the area!
Carol has 15 years of community relations experience and has been a community volunteer with many organizations in the Joplin area. Carol currently serves on the Joplin Area Chamber of Commerce Board, Ozark Gateway Association of Realtor (OGAR) Women's Council (WCR), and the Member/Community Services Committee Chair for the OGAR. In the past she has been a United Way Board Member, Boys and Girls Club Board Member, and a Nominating Committee Chair for the Girl Scout Council of the Ozark Area.
