Paul holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration (minor in Management) and is wrapping-up the completion of an MBA with a concentration in Accounting.
Paul Carlson is a former active duty Navy analyst who has served the United States on six of the seven continents, including two tours in Afghanistan. If you have followed his blog posts you can see an obvious gap of approximately three years where Paul did not post any articles. This is when Paul was serving as an analyst in Afghanistan and at the Pentagon. He has since returned to the souteast, and while he continues to serve the country as an analyst, the pace of life has slowed significantly. The return to the southeast and slower pace has allowed Paul to spend time on his first love - growing and leading his entrepreneurial efforts in real estate, and recently adding professional coaching to his services.
In the real estate arena Paul has more than 20 years of experience buying, selling, renting, and investing in real estate. Paul's target markets for tangible real estate are Georgia's coastal counties: Chatham, Bryan, Liberty, McIntosh, Glynn and Camden.
In the real estate coaching arena Paul works with real estate agents, home buyers, home sellers, or real estate investors virtually anywhere. Paul's real estate coaching focuses less on the geography of the client and more on strategies that capitalize on the client's strengths while minimizing or changing their weaknesses. Paul's coaching services are for licenses agents and the general home buying/selling individual. Paul is ready to coach real estate agents who want to build their real estate business with the insights of a highly successful real estate entrepreneur. Paul is equally ready to coach motivated home buyers and sellers who are determined to buy or sell a home without using a real estate sales profession; Paul is properly experienced to coach those individuals through their purchase or sale.
My personal expertise and specialty is real estate investing. I spent years owning and operating a real esate brokerage, gaining experience in conquering every aspect of the real estate sales transaction. I have become especially capable in the online marketing arena, business strategy, and branding. I have recruited, hired, trained, and fired licensed agents and know the different personality styles and conflicts that agents bring to a brokerage. I specialize in helping agents build their business, either as brokers, individual sales agents or agents aspiring to be brokers.
