With 27,000 Realtors (ooops that's down to 13,000) in San Diego....why me?

Great question, and I'll provide a honest answer. Because I will get you what you want! That might mean helping a seller to sell their home in this market while still getting top dollar in the least amount of time. That might mean helping a buyer/investor find the right property and help them purchase for tens of thousands below the comparables.

By putting the clients needs first, I benefit on the back end. Many times I will work with seller's to help them hold on to their home rather than sell. I don't get paid, but it's the right thing to do. I firmly believe I will be compensated by the Universe somewhere else.

Unlike most agents that refuse to invest in their minds, I have attended, learned, taught most real estate training systems in the market. What I have learned is people want honesty, help and solutions rather than canned scripts or half truths so the agent can make a quick buck!

The industry has needed a challenge to weed out the opportunists. Today's Realtor needs to be an expert in many areas to succeed: internet marketing, guerilla marketing, negotiating, staging, emotional selling techniques, real estate law, appraisal, etc. just to name a few.
