| If you are looking to make your home-owning experience enjoyable, Kevin Johnson Realtor is the place to go! I can not express how fortunate my husband and I were to work with Kevin. All the home buying nightmares I heard about didn't happen with Kevin. He was ALWAYS available for me to call, and we walked us step by step through the whole process while calming my nerves with the numbers (thanks for that). We had no idea where to start when it came to home owning. He taught us the jargon and helped us look for what was best for our family. Did I mention that he got us in a home in a month?! He took all of our request in a home and made it happen!!!!! We are now settled into our beautiful home and we can't thank you enough Kevin. | My husband found Kevin online, as an experienced realtor on a rent-to-own program that we initially were going to use (ended up doing traditional financing in the end). When we reached out to him, Kevin provided his personal feedback on the program, and assisted us through all the steps even before establishing a buyer/realtor relationship with him. Although we have several friends who are in real estate, when it came down to doing some serious home shopping, we couldn’t part ways with Kevin. He was always professional yet personable, organized to a T, and he was always so easy to get a hold of, and quick to get back to us with any questions we had. He was always prepared and one step ahead throughout the whole process of finding us our dream home, and even though we had a few hurdles along the way (not on our part, or his) he constantly reassured us and stayed on top of things. | Looking back a month after our closing, I can’t imagine going through our home purchase and any of our challenges with another agent other than Kevin Johnson. We gave a Kevin a pretty specific wish list as well as a long list of challenges that included having to move out of our previous home in less than 60 days from the date of our contract. Kevin tackled each challenge and worked tirelessly to get us in our new home. He was there beside us each step of the way and worked as hard for us as he could. Kevin’s knowledge of the market and the entire process was very helpful as there were a number of challenges related to purchasing a foreclosed home as well as the mortgage process that he helped us through with his great work ethic. Although there were times that I got very frustrated at the process, Kevin stood beside us and was an advocate for us and continuously pushed through the challenges that arose. I would use Kevin Johnson in the future for another home purchase or sale and have the utmost confidence in referring him to any friends and family for their needs. I referred Kevin to a friend who was looking to purchase and struggling with the agent they initially hired and they have been thrilled with Kevin’s service and currently have their new home under contract.
