Or find the ideal place for an older couple wanting to downsize; yet still have that extra bedroom for their grandchildren. Or show a newly crafted brochure to my luxury seller and have them marvel at how it captures the essence of their masterful upgrades and landscaping.

Yes, all realtors say they are great negotiators with acute attention-to-detail. I say that myself. But I also say something many realtors cannot. I study my market backwards and forwards. I can look at almost any property in my market area, tell you how long it’s been listed, and whether I think it’s priced too high, too low, or just right. I know my market area so well, major lenders have selected me to conduct more than 1,100 Broker Price Opinions (BPO) for their foreclosed properties prior to putting them on the market. In fact, my listings have a 97.5% ratio of list price to sell price, as well as shorter days on the market than the market average.

My priority is constant client communication. I want to know the inner you, and the extent of your own sometimes hidden priorities.
