I love the Puget Sound area and our real estate! I'm currently a Broker at Allegro Realty Group, Inc. based in West Seattle. I'm a Washington native and third-generation investment property owner in Seattle. Born in Ballard, I graduated from Puyallup High School and Washington State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business. I'm passionate about the local real estate market and believe what my grandfather always used to say about Washington: “This is God’s country.”
I'm very familiar with the sales market from West Seattle south to Federal Way, including the West Kent and Auburn areas. I have experience with luxury properties but I also love working with first-time home buyers to help ensure they make the best decision possible. | Brandon was great! He helped my husband and I buy our first home in February of 2013. He was so kind and always ready to show us houses that he thought we'd like. Brandon was always prompt with responses and never late for appointments. He had great negotiation skills and helped us close on our new home quickly. He is always there to give you a realtors opinion, even after you've bought your house. I recently asked him a question about adding on to our home and he gave us some very useful information.The next time I need to buy or sell a house Brandon will be our first call. |

| Brandon was amazing. I am a single mom and so times to look at a home and sing papers ect are always hard for me. Brandon always made accomiations and arranged to meet me at my convience. Brandon was very supportive. He knew my financial situation and gave me good tips and suggestions along the way and was very patient with all of my decision making processes. When I finally did find my home, he helped me through each step. He was on vacation while we were going through the buying process and he still made the time for phone calls and emails ect to get it done. Closing time came and I was out of the country, so he made arrangements with my family to get the keys. When he met my father at my new home, he saw that he didn't have help at the moment to unload the moving truck, so he jumped right in and started helping. Brandon goes above and beyond and would be a great choice for anyone! |
