Kathy DeGraef could almost be called a Calaveras County native. Having resided along the Highway 4 corridor for over 40 years, one could say that she knows the area extremely well. Kathy says, “ I just love it here and everything our county has to offer.” With this knowledge she enjoys showing her clients all Calaveras County has to present, and is always up for learning new things about the area from people with different interests than her own. Kathy says that Calaveras County is certainly a wonderful place to recreate, vacation, call home, or simply enjoy life.
When not in the office or working from her home office, Kathy enjoys motorcycle riding, skiing, snowboarding, fishing, and everything else that involves being outdoors.
Kathy prides herself in being strong, aggressive, and extremely motivated. She also makes every client a #1 priority. Kathy has had great success in her business and continues to always strive for excellence. “Every day in this business is challenging, fun, and inspiring. No matter what price range I am working in, I get a tremendous amount of enjoyment helping someone buy their dream home or sell their current home here locally. I never forget what I do helps someone to fulfill their dreams. I think people have a perception of what real estate agents do, and they don't fully realize what it entails.
