I have over 26 years of experience in custom home building, remodeling, development of vacant land, property management and sales of new and used homes. I am the owner of Landau Custom Homes, a large building company that built many homes throught Washtenaw County, and joined forces with The Charles Reinhart Company in 2005 to better serve my clients. With the knowledge of home building and remodeling, I can give my clients, either buyers or sellers, an added advantage over what other agent have to offer. My sellers find that I can help them to stage and market thier homes in ways they never thought possible. As an example: I've drawn floorplans showing a slight remodel project or a plan to complete an unfinished basement. This give buyers a new vision on how they might want to live in that home. My Buyers always benifit from my expertise in the same way, and rely on my knowledge to help them see a vision that may not be present.
I sit on many boards including; The Ann Arbor Student Building Program and Washtenaw County Home Builders Association. I firmly believe that you must give back to a community and volenteer my time freely. I have sold and listed several homes for the Ann Arbor Student Home Building Program, and also for the Home Builders Assoc. of Washtenaw County, House of Dreams. These are very important programs that I fully support. I also received a prestige's Pillar award for Outstanding Real Estate Representative in 2006 from The Home Builders Association.
I was born and raised in Ann Arbor and married to husband Mike. We have two grown children and two grandchildren. My husband and son are in business together and operate a company called Full Auto, LLC. They work on classic and custom cars, collision work and complete restorations.
