| Bruce's marketing process is very thorough and uses all the latest technology and social networking. He posted a video of the exterior that was made using a drone, and had a virtual tour of the interior, in addition to many still shots. We contracted with him to sell the house under his 59 day guarantee, and although he didn't quite accomplish that, we had many viewers and walk throughs and he had the house under contract just days after the 59 days expired, and he honored the contract by not charging us his commission. I plan on using his services again |
