I came to RE sales here in Oregon, sort of later in life, after 20+ years as a Residential RE Appraiser in the Seattle area.  I began my working career in 1971, coming straight out of business school, to enter the Banking/Lending industry with a large regional bank, ending up on the lending side of the business. 

My Real Estate experience includes:  Income Property Construction Lending, Residential Construction Lending, Construction Inspections, Commercial Escrow, Residential Mortgage Lending, and REO Management prior to becoming a Residential RE Appraiser in 1987.  I believe that this depth of experience sets me apart from those who have only sold RE, making it possible to assist my clients in ways that others can't.  Especially in being able to communicate with lenders, appraisers, title and escrow professionals in their own unique jargon.
