Became a licensed Colorado real estate agent in 2005 and have been selling real estate in the Denver metro area since that time.  I put my focus on the North portion of the Denver Metro Area, that area includes Westminster, Broomfield, Thornton. I have a strong background in contracting and a bachelors of science in finance. While in college I was employed by a local residential appraisal company where I learned the art of valuing residential real estate.  While I have most of my expertise in sales, valuation, finance and property improvements, I had almost no experience with online marketing even a year or two ago.  I'm anxious to use AR as one resource to change that in 2012.  This year I plan on accelerating the technology learning curve.
