Don't be confused by my friendly demeanor, easy sense of humor and willingness to listen to you.  My job isn't to tell you how much I know but to find out what  you  want and use my knowledge, connections and experience to help you get it.  I have the know how to help you find a home or sell the home you are in. 

I came to Laramie in 1981 to attend the University of Wyoming and never left.  Having come from Lander, Wyoming - a beautiful, but somewhat isolated town in central Wyoming - I fell in love with Laramie right away.  To me, Laramie was huge.  They even had a McDonalds and an Arby's.  This was the big city!

Upon graduating with a degree in elementary and special education, I taught in the Laramie Schools, otherwise known as the Albany County School District, for the next 7 years.

Flash forward to 2009 - 4 children later and a not-so-new beginning in Real Estate.  I say not-so-new because my husband and I have owned and managed apartments since 1990 as well as lived in, bought and sold, three different houses of our own.  When it comes to buying and selling real estate in Laramie we've been around awhile.

After 11 years in Real Estate for my husband, Ron, and 8 years in Real Estate for me, we decided to open our own practice.  We will miss our former colleagues and friends at our old office but are excited to jump in and move forward as we continue to work with buyers and sellers of real estate.
