I am a Retired Navy Diver, 21 years of fun in the sun and some Crazy times. I have relocated and lived all over the world with Greece being my favorite place to date.
Currently I am a Managing Broker with The Cascade Team and loving it. I started in RE about 11 years ago and have sold homes in WA and VA.
I have 3 kids, Kyrie, Braeden, and Kohde. I am married to Laurel Howard and have 1 grandson.
I love to boat, ski, hike, dive, and race motocross. If I can do it with my kids, i'm in!
Currently in my Real Estate career I am focusing on listings and lead generation. While I like buyers I am following the Keller Williams model to the tee and willl not deviate this time around.

| Brady helped us buy our first home. He showed us many houses in several different cities, all over the area. He knew it was important to find us the "right" home. He was always pleasant, and responded to our all of our questions no matter how mundane they seemed. He negotiated with our mortgage company to lower our closing costs. He did an awesome job! Highly recommend! |

| Brady was my agent on both Selling my old house and buying my new house. He was there with me every step of the way and got me the best possible price for the home I was selling. When we went to look at purchasing a new home, he also took into account what I needed for my family and we decided that I should build rather than buy. He found me a great neighborhood in a GREAT school district and guided me on things I might want to remember or add to the builders basic floor plan; and gave me sound advice on things that were simply cosmetic, and could be changed later as opposed to things that needed to be planned in before building, such as room size and the bathroom layout. |
