Being a transplant to the Bay Area, I have a unique point of view, that of a visitor and that of a resident. With my experience in different markets, I am equipted to spoil my clients with excellent customer service and years of experience.
As a Las Vegas Native I had unique experience of mastering the market from equity sales to Bank Owned properties to Short Sales. I have been doing Short Sales since 2009 when they were less popular with the Banks.
My focus is finding a solution that is right for my client, with my vast network of professionals I am able to refer clients to government programs, attorneys, contractors, what ever my client needs to meet their goals.
In my early years I worked in the Hospitality Industry, I learned to treat people with respect and really listen to them. That skill serves me well,

I handled an average of 50 REO (bank owned) and Short Sale transactions per month at the height of the REO & Short Sale markets over the course of the 5 years I was on the Top Producing Pellican Team, in Las Vegas. I was the final stop before closing escrow and getting the keys to Buyers. I worked with Asset Managers and Homeowers to facilitate the sale of their properties. I have a huge network of Realtor I have worked with in the past assiting them to get their deals closed. I always look for the 'Win-Win' scenario in negotiations.
I was doing Short Sales before they were automated and Loan Servicers had Short Sale Departments. I have spent hours waiting on hold to get to the correct department/person. I guess I was a Trailblazer in the Short Sales I learned the ins and outs of Short Sales by talking to attorney, negotiatiors, processors and Escrow Officers.
