| Bob Phillips is a terrific realtor!! He just helped my husband and I purchase our first home. As new buyers, we were very unsure of the process and what to expect. Bob was incredibly patient and took the time to answer any and all our our questions. One of the best things about working with Bob is that he really feels like he is on your side. He made sure that we were looking at all the facts when deciding on a property and that we got the best value possible. | Helped me buy a home We wanted to move before our baby was born and Bob really came through for us. We went over numerous profiles for different agents and even considered a Redfin agent before choosing Bob. In the end it was Bob’s experience, knowledge, and genuine kindness that won us over. We had a delivery deadline of 6 months and we had a long list of things we had to have in our new home. Bob must have shown us 30 different houses and even took us back to revisit some at our request. Throughout the whole process he was pleasant and never appeared frustrated even though I’m sure we drove him crazy. He was always quick to return our calls or emails and somehow always found time to show us every house we wanted to see even on short notice. We never felt pressured or rushed when we were with him, which isn’t something I can say about any other agent. This was our 3rd house purchase and each time we moved other agents tried to sell us a house over our price range, but Bob never did that. He also has an amazing insight into what people like, because he never took us to a house we hated. I can’t tell you how many times other agents didn’t seem to have a clue what we really wanted even though we pretty much have a “type”. Bob really listened to us and knew what we were looking for and didn’t waste time showing us houses we wouldn’t like. I can’t recommend Bob enough, he’s a superb agent and you won’t find anyone who knows Orange County like he does. |

| Helped me buy a home Patience, diligence and professionalism are the best words to sum up Bob. We worked with him for 2 years to find our dream home, and he never once gave up on us despite numerous changes of area and house specification. We simply cannot recommend him highly enough. He responds quickly to enquiries and requests, and makes the whole process as simple and worry-free as possible. | Helped me buy a home During our search for a home in South Orange County, we came across Bob Phillips' website and were immediately impressed by his experience and knowledge of the local market conditions. Over the following three months, Bob proved to be an invaluable resource, helping us narrow down our options to our ultimate selection, and demonstrating great patience in the process, even when we went back to visit a property for the second or third time. All this time, he stayed calmly in the background, giving us a chance to develop our own feel for the properties, without the constant aggressive and nagging sales talk many of his colleagues are notorious for. At one time he even dissuaded us from making an offer for a property that turned out to have too many maintenance issues. In the end, we were able to find our dream home, and Bob successfully navigated us though a fast-paced 10-day escrow.
