Get to Know Brian & Stephanie Hanke
We have both grown up in this area - Stephanie in Elk River and Brian in Ramsey - with that said, we have seen the area grow from large empty fields to golf courses, retail areas and residential neighborhoods.
Brian has a detailed background in construction - 17 years to be exact. Everything from residential remodels, residential new construction, commercial construction and yes, even building our own house. You can be confident working with a Realtor who knows what quality construction looks like.
Stephanie has the technology/marketing background. She sets up and maintains websites, creates all marketing material for lisitngs, shoots & produces Visual Tours for several different agents, and photographer for listings. She has also worked as a Closing Manager for several agents to ensure a smooth and successful closing. You can be confident that your listing will look as good online as it does in person!
