Gratefully, I have the priveledge of working under some of the most real estate savy investors and managers in the region. I was at an appointment recently with some clients that were referred to me and as soon as I said Your Castle they confirmed our position as the "Investor Gurus",  solidifying our identity in the market place. Real estate is a passion of mine that has been slowly cultivated through the construction industry over the years. Listening and talking tentaively with local developers from job site to job site was a huge motivational factor for my early success! There's a multitude of characteristics that set me apart from the rest of the pack. One of which is my contagious sincerity, something very few people, especially commission-based professionals can bring to the table. I have never sold salt and said it was sugar and I was raised to tell the difference between the spit and the rain. Under a microscope what that means is that I know good investments from bad investments, diamonds to duds, and workable to unrealistic.
