| My wife and I are grateful to have had Betty leading the charge of finding us a home. There are several good agents in the city and I would contend that Betty is one of the best for several reasons. She is professional, caring and well informed about the different neighborhoods in Mississauga. 1. She spent time understanding our needs. This meant showing us condos, townhomes, semis and detached homes, to get a feel for our preferences from layouts to finishes. 2. She previewed homes for us once she understood our needs. Both my wife and I work and the only time we could see properties was well into the evening. 3. Patience and experience: Betty has an uncanny ability to focus on the big picture while diving into the details when necessary. There were times, as a first time home buyer, when we were in a rush to put in an offer and Betty was always able to provide us an overall perspective to make an informed decision. I would highly recommend her to all of our friends and anyone looking for a quality agent to find them a home. Thank you Betty for all of your efforts. |
