My previous life of 30 years as a pharmacist left me with many elderly friends, and that has led to many transactions with seniors needing to downsize. My patience and contacts for helping the moving process has made this a successful niche for me. I have the SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) designation, and thoroughly enjoy helping sellers with this transition in their lives.

This spring I was able to find a $2,000,000 home in Concord for a buyer from California through these wonderful connections. Anyone selling or making a move should consider this valuable resource.
Acton, Concord and many of the surrounding towns provide some of the best school systems in the country. As young families migrate to this area, there are lots of questions regarding the neighborhoods, schools, and amenities of these towns. As a long-time resident, I am more than qualified to guide and advise in the process of finding a new home that will be a wonderful place to live for hopefully many years to come. | I found Betsy on an interenet search at the same time as two other realtors. Initially, I used all three realtors to look at various properties. After meeting with these folks multiple times, Betsy proved herself to be the most knowledgeable, reliable and friendly. | Betsy did a great job in helping us find our new home. She was very patient in showing us many, many houses until we found the one that was just right for us. We developed a great relationship with her. She didn't mind investing the time to truly find what we needed.
