Aloha!  Born in Arizona, I grew up in Wisconsin and on four different Hawaiian islands.  I have called Honolulu my home since I was 18, save two years in rural Miyazaki, Japan, where I taught English on the JET Programme.

My professional background is in online marketing, design, and education.  Besides being a freelance marketing consultant, I am extremely proud to be the Online/Marketing/Technology Director for The Prothero Group at Island Style Realty.  As such it is my job to ensure that our clients receive the best possible marketing for their homes.

I have been a licensed REALTOR since 2014 and real estate is an exciting industry to be in! I am lucky to be working with some of the best REALTORS in Hawaii.  Our team leader and my real estate mentor is "Hawaii Randy" Prothero, an original ActiveRainer.  Check out his blog here on activerain and you'll get a sense of his vast local expertise, and extreme commitment to his clients and the industry. 

I'm here to learn from and network with other REALTORS, and also to share local trends and Hawaii real estate happenings.  The Hawaii real estate market is extremely interesting and exciting, and we have some of the most beautiful properties in the world. I'm particularly interested in the local luxury real estate market, and will be focusing my blog efforts on the local luxury market.  It's a great place to be and it's hard not to share.  Hopefully, my enthusiasm will be contagious for you!
