Whether our clients are buying or selling a home or evaluating a commercial property, it is probably one of the the biggest decisions that they will ever make. It is a decision that will affect them for years to come. The process can be extremely stressful and confusing and there is usually a considerable amount of risk involved. Our Professional Inspection will help reduce risk and make the entire process easier and less stressful. Our role is to educate our clients as we evaluate. We encourage all of our clients to accompany us during the inspection. During the inspection client questions are answered and concerns are addressed. We point out issues as they are uncovered and explain them in easy to understand, unbiased language. We also explain how systems work and what routine maintenance is needed. Clients receive a narrative style, unbiased, and easy to understand report that includes informative diagrams and color photographs that illustrate comments in the report. All reports include a CD filled with safety and related information, a maintenance guide, and a 130 page Home Operator's Manual.Our report arms clients with the information and confidence to make more informed decisions. Our service does not end with the report, though. We are available for free telephone and email consultations for as long as the client owns the property.
