| What a great experience and tremendous amount of support and information I received during my relocation from Missouri. I was very unfamiliar with the state of Maryland, let alone the exact county/city I really wanted to live in. Not having this knowledge, as well as working to find a "new home" by myself, I found it extremely refreshing to have Victoria work with me during my 1 day trip/search. I was able to see 10-15 potential homes in 1 day and she was able to help me find the right neighborhoods, as well as give me ample advice around negotiations with the landlord. The entire NEW experience turned out to be very rewarding and I couldn't ask for anything more. I was able to negotiate and sign an agreement with the landlord a month prior to my actual move in date and during the time as well as 2 months after move in date, Victoria's attention to detail was fantastic. I truly was grateful to have an agent who cared enough to go through this experience with me and get me into a place that has been a blessing in disguise |

| Victoria's boundless energy was a godsend to our family that was relocating from Germany. We knew nothing of Maryland, much less Ellicott City. With Victoria's vast knowledge of the area, detailed research on the local housing market and neighborhoods, commuting needs, and budget, she helped us get the best bang for our buck. As this was out first ever house purchase, her efforts and knowledge of counter offers, title insurance, and dealing with the seller's realtor, I can't possibly have imagined doing that on our own. | During our relocation to Maryland in 2009, we had the unique opportunity to work with Victoria Hauck. Having been relocated a number of times in the past decade, we can honestly say, Victoria was of the highest caliber help during our transition from Connecticut to Maryland. During our initial conversations, Victoria spent a great deal of time understanding what we were looking for...price, neighborhoods, schools, commuting times, and more. From this, she compiled a comprehensive list of properties to review online and subsequently, in person. During this time, we found Victoria's knowledge of the area (20+ years living in Howard County) a huge asset. In the end, we found a great house, in a wonderful neighborhood, in Elkridge.
