We are Lake Living Specialists for the Lake Anna area while also serving the surrounding areas of Fredericksburg and Spotsylvania, Louisa, Caroline, and Stafford counties. Lake Anna's close proximity to northern Virginia, Washington DC, Maryland, Delaware, Richmond, Charlottesville, and the Piedmont region provides a wonderful second home and vacation destination within a short driving distance from many points. Lake Anna's 13,000 acres of pristine water is home to numerous fishing tournaments and the perfect spot for family boating, swimming, jet skiing, and many other water sports. The public side of the lake consists of 9,000 acres of water, a few waterfront restaurants, and a number of marinas. The private side of the lake, also known as the warm side is approximately 4,000 acres and is a favorite area for skiers and winter fishermen. The lake is surrounded by Spotsylvania, Louisa, and Orange counties and is within 30 minutes of Fredericksburg and an hour from Richmond and Charlottesville. The rural countryside is a breath of fresh air to city dwellers and many can't wait to call Lake Anna home on the week-ends.
