I am a Broker Associate with RE/MAX 100, Inc of Lakewood, as well as the President and Chief Appraiser of FRONT GATE APPRAISALS. I have lived in the Denver metro area for over 18 years and by blending both aspects of real estate have a vast knowledge of the community and its fast growing real estate market. I have also worked in corporate management which enables me to professionally articulate with consumers, brokers, lenders and review boards.
As a Realtor, it is imperative in today's market to constantly educate oneself on the most effective and advantageous way to "broadcast" (advertise) a property. Social networking is becoming the most popular means for communicating to a broader audience, thus being actively involved in this environment is a bonus to my clients.
Over the past few years we have watched our market transition to one that needs a Realtor who is knowledgeable in not only normal real estate transactions, but of those households finding themselves in financial distress. Staying alert to our ever changing market, I received my certification as a Distressed Property Expert in order to be an asset to my clients finding themselves in this market.
Additionally, as a Real Estate Appraiser I have experience in all types of single family residential properties (attached and detached), including, but not limited to, small residential income properties, working with builder's plans and specs (new construction), horse and mountain properties.
