Bayshore Realty is a locally owned Morro Bay real estate company staffed by longtime residents of Morro Bay, Cayucos, Los Osos, or Cambria. My name is Dan Reddell. I founded Bayshore Realty in 1997 after a building and real estate career that started in 1970 when I graduated from Cal Poly. I personally selected the staff from people whom I have known a long time and can trust completely. Our goal is to provide the best possible customer service. I do not have a single agent that would put a commission ahead of the customer's best interest. Most of us have lived in all the local communities at one time or another. Whether it is real estate in Morro Bay and the Central Coast, San Luis Obispo, Pismo Coast, or Cambria and the Wine Country, the Bayshore Realty team knows the market, knows real estate, and knows how to please our customers
Morro Bay and our surrounding communities are small towns with a rural feel. Consequently, we do not specialize in one area or another. We know the folks here and they trust us to handle the sale of their properties. Since most of us came here from other areas at one time or another, we are able to connect with buyers and work very closely with them to make sure they know what they are getting and getting what they want.
