During the last few years I have been mostly involved with refinancing mortgage loans for existing homeowners and purchase loans for first time home buyers specifically Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and reverse mortgage loans. Majority of loan transactions I have closed were HARP (home affordable refinance program) and then reverse mortgages.
In addition to residential loans, I also closed commercial, hard money loans and leases. Multi-Family and Apartments have been very popular during the last couple of years. Investor have been aggressive in purchasing multi-family units 5+ with attractive low rates and terms currently available.
