My real estate education began with GRI. Then I progressed to CRS and on to ABR. I have also become an e-PRO. My success as a REALTOR can be attributed to this continuing desire for education in order to do a better job with clients. I have been REALTOR-of-the-Year in our city twice and have served as President of our board two times. I am pleased to announce that my daughter, Valerie Canepa, has joined me in the real estate profession and enjoys the profession just as I enjoy it. Arkansas is a dual representation state, meaning that one can represent buyers and sellers in the same transaction. I am very aware of the available properties in the county and help buyers select properties.
Things have changed immensely since I joined the real estate profession in 1972. We have gone from one page contracts and no cell phones to sometimes 60 page contracts and a phone that stays with us ALL the time. Being a part of this profession has made me keep up with technology and being involved with all the changes has been a pleasure for which I am thankful.
