Ayvette is a member of the National, North Carolina, and the Union County Association of Realtors.  She has been past President of the Union County Association of Realtors for 2 terms and she has held various positions of the Board of Directors for Union County as well as the North Carolina state director.  She was honored with the Realtor of the Year in 2005.

Ayvette's desigations include Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI).  Just 5% of all Realtors in the U.S. can call themselves Certified Residential Specialist which is an earned certification from the Council of Residential Specialists by completing a rigorous course of advanced training and by meeting significant experience requirments.

The GRI is nationally recognized professional designation.  On a national level on 19% of Realtors hold this prestigious designation.

Ayvette is active in the community by being an active member in the Union County Chamber of Commerce and graduate of Leadership Union.  She is also a member of Monroe Rotary Club where she will serve as a director next year.
