I have been investing in real estate for the last 20 years and a licensed agent since 2002. In the 1990s I founded and managed my own Internet company for five years, then sold it and used the proceeds to invest more heavily in real estate. I have a B.S. in Business Management with Psychology focus from West Chester University and a Masters of Information Science with business concentration from Penn State University.
I am the broker of record at Swayne Real Estate Group, LLC which specializes in commercial, investment, and residential sales. I also head a property management firm in Chester County. I consult regularly with a group of investor clients on various real estate ventures, and specialize in all aspects of multi-unit investment properties.
