Over the last 15 years, I’ve led teams, projects, and operations with a proven ability to succeed in a fast paced, rapidly changing and deadline driven environment. I joke that I am the tamer of the digital hydra, but that is truly how I see my role. I help bring cohesion to the chaos of multi-channel marketing with creative strategies, clear planning and efficient execution.

The pursuit of knowledge has always been a primary driver in my life and a priority in my career. I am currently certified for Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Hubspot Inbound Marketing, and SEMRush for SEO. I am also pursuing the Data Science Certification through IBMs online program to be completed within the next year.

I have held many cross-functional roles in the past, and have learned a wide range of digital marketing skills through direct experience in addition to leadership. These experiences give me a deep understanding of the digital landscape and of how all the pieces need to work together in a multi-channel strategy. It also helps me effectively manage teams and projects, because I understand what it's like to create digital campaigns and execute strategy from many different perspectives.

My motto is “Always be optimizing” seriously, it’s on my business cards. I deeply believe there is always room to keep improving, and that flexibility is crucial for adapting. I’m also a motivator, nothing makes me happier than helping others learn and grow.

As a passionate communicator building relationships is at the heart of my approach. I have always had a great interest in language and the power of communicating. Which is probably why I enjoy content and digital marketing so much.

I also know the numbers matter as much the words. I provide creative solutions within budget and diligently manage campaigns to achieve results, for example, while managing paid campaigns for Bayer & Mayo Clinic, my optimization strategies resulted in a savings of over $1.2 million dollars in ad spend.
