Our company was founded in 2007 by Tim Carter and Amy Spell. I hold a Real Estate Broker license, General Contractor license in NC and appraiser trainee license with the state of North Carolina.  I have lived in North Carolina all of my life. After owning mountain vacation homes in Alleghany and Ashe county, my husband and I chose to move to Ashe County permanently three years ago to enjoy the quality of life and  the natural beauty offered here.    I have over 20 years experience in banking including commercial lending, private banking and real estate mortgages.
